Data We Collect

uxmetricsgeek collects only what is necessary to operate the service. For free-tier users with no account, we collect nothing beyond a temporary session token that expires when you close your browser.

For Pro and Business users, we collect your email address, billing information (processed by our payment provider — never stored on our servers), and usage metadata such as image count and session timestamps.

How We Use Your Data

Session tokens are used solely to route your image to the correct processing instance. Usage metadata is used for billing, abuse detection, and aggregate service analytics. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

Cookies

We use one first-party session cookie to maintain your processing session. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics scripts are loaded on uxmetricsgeek.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will prevent session continuity but will not block access to the free-tier tool.

Data Sharing

We share data with our payment processor (Stripe) for billing, and with our cloud infrastructure provider for compute. Both are bound by data processing agreements. No other sharing occurs without your explicit consent.

Security Measures

Uploaded images are processed in isolated GPU instances and purged on session close. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Our infrastructure is audited quarterly.

We have recorded zero data breaches since the platform launched. A full security posture report is available to Business-tier clients on request.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Submit requests to support@uxmetricsgeek. info@uxmetricsgeek.com We respond within 30 days — faster for verified urgent requests.

Third-Party Links

uxmetricsgeek may link to external resources. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies independently.

Data Retention

Free-tier session data is deleted immediately on session end. Pro and Business account data is retained for as long as your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Policy Updates

We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material change to this Privacy Policy takes effect. The current version is effective from January 1, 2026.
