Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using uxmetricsgeek, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms are effective from January 1, 2026.

You must be at least 18 years old to use uxmetricsgeek. By proceeding past the age gate, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Permitted Use

You may use uxmetricsgeek only to process images for which you hold full rights. Processing images of real people without their explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use uxmetricsgeek to generate non-consensual intimate imagery, to harass or defame any individual, or to produce content involving minors in any capacity.

Any attempt to circumvent age verification, content filters, or rate limits constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, AI models, and interface elements are the property of uxmetricsgeek. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

uxmetricsgeek is provided 'as is.' We do not warrant that results will meet any specific standard or be error-free. Our liability in any dispute is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to reputational harm resulting from misuse.

Third-Party Services

uxmetricsgeek uses third-party payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their conduct or outages.

Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@uxmetricsgeek if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time. Requests are processed within 7 business days. Free-tier users have no stored data to delete beyond active sessions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
